Rotax engines

We are about to start using a Rotax 912 powered light aircraft. What do other Rotax users do about fuel? We have no fuel bowser at our field and I don't think any local airfield has Mogas on tap. What do you do when touring?

The also drink 100LL when there is no mogas. Just know that if you use too much 100LL, you need inspections at 50h instead of 100h.

UL91 available at several airfields and excellent for 912

I've UL91, plain EN228 unleaded (5% ethanol) and various super unleaded mogas. I notice no performance difference, but I hardly ever go above 5000 ft, so vapour pressure is not a factor for me. Avgas is ok on a limited basis, but maintenance increases as it will eventually gum up yer clutch, coat your valves etc (ul91 without any ethanol is no doubt better than mogas for the life of your fuel system)

fill the jerry cans at a convenient stop on the way to the airfield.

Either land some place with microlight flying and if they don't have any 98 unleaded or 91UL try to gloom a lift to a garage. Failing that, use Avgas.
