New PPL Syllabus

Good Morning All,

September the 1st we saw the introduction of new exams/syllabus I was just wondering if anyone has had any feedback on how they compare with the older version of exams.

Is it an improvement? Or is it going from bad to worse.

I sat the new version of the RT exam last week, didn't seem any different to what I'd been revising but fewer questions, 20 now instead of 30. This is the same with a lot of the exams, fewer questions but more exams because Air Law & Operational Procedures are now two exams as are Aircraft General & Principles Of Flight.

The exam I sat was already at Version 2 because the first version was full of errors, managed 90% though fortunately with a couple of the questions I'd never come across before which did worry me a bit.

Personally don't see the point of the syllabus shake-up and this new 10-day sitting rule, will be glad when I've got it all out of the way!
