PPL Revalidation - CAA charge.

I have just be looking through the CAA scheme of charges. I'm revalidating my SEP/TMG by completing a proficiency check with an examiner. Am I correct in saying there is a £73 charge to pay to the CAA?

If the Examiner signs the rating the only fee is to the Examiner. You only pay the CAA if it has to be reissued by the CAA (expired 3 years) then you would also have to obtain an EASA licence to place the rating on with yet another charge!
