GAR question

In the GAR form, what to the columns "Out" and "In" refer to?
Is this to input proposed times of outward/inward journeys, or is it to indicate a passenger/crew will be present on the out or in journey.

I had a look at the guidance and as far as I can see there is no advice on this.

I've always entered 'yes' or 'no' depending on if the pax being on board for the flight. Just goes to show how much attention these things get (not) :hmm:
