Any chance of a six seated for short term hire?

Hello all,

I have a group of 4/5 friends coming from europe for the weekend and asked me kindly if I can fly them around to a few places to sight see but unfortunately I recently sold my share in a Cherokee 6, So does anyone own or know someone who own's a six seater like the Cherokee 6, Saratoga, Bonanza, or smilier that can help me out! I like near Denham Aerodrome but willing to travel to a near by airfield. I don't mind paying for the insurance excess and I have good experience on complex aircraft. Aeros Wellesbourne have a Cherokee 6 available for hire. Eye-watering hourly cost though!

Its out my reach wellsbourne unfortunately plus I don't like check out with clubs they take the :mad: I good checkout for me is 30/40 mins depending on the airspace not 2 hours paying silly amount to instructors!
