Piper Cub Merchandise
 

here's a really silly question - daughter of a friend is an item with a Piper Cub pilot (silly girl, I know, but won't be told). Wants to buy him a pressie - baseball cap, tee shirt, whatever - Piper Cub logoed. She, and I, cannot so far find a source in UK - anyone know where in UK one can get such bad taste merchandise. Personally I preferred the tee shirt worn by the absolutely stunning daughter of a friend who wore a tee shirt emblazoned "Sex is like the air that you breathe" and she was not yet 16 - my son has one almost as good " You have been a bad girl, now go to my room". Now, back to PA 18 stuff. Any ideas please

(The shop at the Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum in Halifax has some fantastic Piper Cub merchandise, but sadly, no online shop, but you could give them a call and see where they get it.)

There is no accounting for taste, especially bad taste!!!

They certainly are incredibly witty and must reflect admirably on the wearer.

I do have a Cub T Shirt design ready to go, along the same lines as our Chipmunk, Cessna and Warrior/Cherokee ones, (and intend to do it in yellow obviously) but we are being a bit cautious over new products until we see the econmomy start to pick up

Yup, googled totally unsuccessfully, on the UK site (where the lady is). Looks like may have to buy in the US. But thanks for all the comments - even those that add little to the sum of human knowledge. But then it is a "rumour" network, and therein lies its charm!
