Club Ideas
 

I'm just back from Australia. I've got a full PPL, but have not flown for some time. I'm looking for a club where I can get back to flying. I fly single engine general aviation aircraft - don't have any preference since I've flown quite a few different types in Aus. Location: either Sheffied or (preferably) Lincolnshire. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks folks :)

Netherthorpe (EGNF) is the home of Sheffield Aeroclub and also Phoenix Aeroclub - situated near Worksop, so I guess it's somewhere inbetween where you are looking.

Great little grass licenced airfield, plenty of aircraft to rent etc - "tell you what - i'll just post the link and it'll save me waffling on" .

You have Wickenby and Sturgate near Lincoln, both active clubs. If you're ex forces you can also join the clubs at RAF Waddington or Cranwell.
