homebuilt overfly-landing permit

Is possible to make a list about how to receive a overfly/landing permit with HOMEBUILT aircraft?

I'm starting with my country.

ITALY
NO SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OR PERMIT REQUIRED, ref AIC 6/2000
you MUST have:
1. European permit to fly or equivalent;
2. Insurance;
3. Fly according Notams and Rules;
4. do not overfly crowed areas;
5. No "commercial" fly.

I'm interested in France, Germany, Spain...

Thank-you

Many countries accept the ECAC agreement with no more formality including France, Germany and Italy. Spain requires you to obtain prior permission.

It's not completely up to date but the LAA information sheet should give you a good summary.

You might wish to consult the list for microlighters at http://fed-ulm.be/gegevens/prak/emf/...n%20europe.pdf
though I know there is a distinction between microlight and homebuilt, there is some overlap at least.
