SLMG Groups/Shares in Midlands??
 

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any SLMG groups/shares for sale in the Midlands area, well... anywhere with 60 miles of Birmingham would do....

Have tried the usual forums to no avail, and havent really noticed anything suitable on afors for some time, I'm sure there must be something available somewhere???

There were both an RF4 and T61 group at Enstone recently, maybe others too (possibly a couple of syndicate Grobs) .
The airfield lease is on notice, but is being legally challenged as I understand.
If Enstone goes, I'd guess most of the SLMG activity will move to Shenstone, Hinton, Turweston etc.
Quite often SLMG groups at some of the gliding clubs. Bidford may be worth a visit.

I was looking back in August for an SLMG share in Yorkshire and was offered a share in a Slingsby T61F (Venture) and a share in an RF5B both based at Seighford, only 30 odd miles from B'Ham.
