Hang gliding/parascending winch launch site

Bit of a long shot - Does anyone know of a contact for the hang gliding/parascending winch launch site, situated at Hook Green in Kent, (512523N 0001050E) and shown on the 1:250000 scale chart? I've tried the UK AIP ENR 5-5-2-1 to no avail.

You could try looking up the site index at the BHPA website.
