Light A/C to america!

Hi Guys/Girls!

Im a thinking of flying to america from the Uk in late september in a Cessna and wondered if anyone could tell me what clearences and paperwork I need to complete in order to achieve this.

If it's a serious enquiry, I'd get in touch with the kind people at AIS - they certainly used to be able to provide a huge amount of advice on such things.
