Newcastle

I have an overnight trip planned from Blackpool to Newcastle tomorrow, and seeing as no-one seems to want to answer the phone there, wondered if anyone could tell me the landing fee charge and overnight parking fee etc.. .. .Thanks.. .LF. .. .ps. I will be routing via Cranfield. You don't get many sunny days like these around here!

Is it not in Pooleys? Haven't got mine to hand.. .. .Anyway, good luck. Nice day for it. . .. .I did the same trip last year in an R44 but we only got to the mouth of the Tyne before we had turn back due to bad weather... . . . .Ended up landing at a parachute strip at Peterlee and having to pay £30 in a taxi to get to Newcastle. . .. .The joys of flying 'up north' eh?

Thanks RH, tried the numbers in pooleys but it was after five and I couldnt get an answer - just a machine. I was only concerned that I might get hit for a big handling fee, different airports can have huge differences in charges! . .I got hold of them this morning though.. .Peterlee was my second choice, and if you take into account the £18 landing fee, £5 overnight and £15 handling fee at Newcastle I bet the taxi option isn't that far off!. .. .Anyhow, the sun waits for no man, so I'm off to BPL.. .. .Regards.. .LF
