Do some of the Arrows have a 6 cylinder engine therefor heavier? Thinking of Archer versus Dakota having similar differences.

The engine for the non-turbo Arrow is the IO-360-C1C6 (four cylinder), the turbo Arrow has a six cylinder TSIO-360-FB. As for weights see post #6, the differences aren't that large. I think we can update the list of speeds:

Arrow I: 111 mph (96 kt)
Arrow II: 105 mph (91 kt)
Arrow III: 79 kt
Arrow III (turbo): 97 kt
Arrow IV: 78 kt
Arrow IV (turbo): 97 kt

I've taken the glide speed for the non-turbo Arrow IV from the graph I posted above. Others have quoted this as 79 kt. So it seems we've got an 18 kt difference for the turbo version. The discussion on Piperowners sounds interesting, can you post a link Grassfield?
