Texel Fowlmere

Hi
We are planning a trip to the airshow in Duxford here in May. We are planning to stay at the Fowlmere airfield. I have just got the Jeppesen NL chart and the ½mil Southern UK ICAO chart.
We are planning to route more or less direct from Texel to Fowlmere over the sea. I can see that we need to stay under the airways at FL 55 for a part of the way.
What is the "North Sea CTA 2-3 VFR prohibited" as desribed on the Jeppesen chart west of Molix and Lamso?
I can't find this CTA on any other maps, Navbox, Skydemon etc.

Didn't read it but maybe this will help;

Note that the bases of UK controlled airspace step down in stages as you progress west, ultimately reaching a lower level of 2500ft in the Haverhill area and just south of Duxford (you CANNOT go over the top as there is Class A airspace above!). This an infringement hotspot area, and there have been great efforts between NATS and Duxford to eliminate these. I suggest you contact Duxford for a briefing before you set off and certainly before you leave to come home. Also be aware of the Transponder Mandatory Zone around Stansted CTA/CTR

Also, plan on going around rather than through the Stansted CTA/CTR if you approach from the CLN area as they are likely to refuse transits if there is a large volume of traffic for Duxford.

I'm not aware of any no-fly areas for VFR across the North Sea on that route, other than the danger areas around oil rigs.
Enjoy the trip!

The North Sea CTA has a base of FL175.

If you're routing direct VFR below FL75, there's no UK controlled airspace to affect to until you get within a few miles of Duxford.

Thanks for the help. The text "VFR Prohibited" is in the center of the area but on the edge I see the FL175-FL195. We do not intend and cannot go there so no issue.
