San Marino low VAT rate

I think I saw a thread on the forum a day or two ago that related to a VAT rate of 2% in San Marino but I can't find it again.

Is it me having a senior moment or was it perhaps buried in a different thread ?

There was a news item in the LAA mag relating to it. Tangosette are the brokers there Tangosette

I have been trawling around the forums and did look on the LAA site but didn't find it straight away.
