Aeros for fat gits(and tall)

Can anyone out there with some good experience of either being fat and tall 17'9 and 6ft 2 or routinely flying various types of aerobatic aircraft, tell me what types in your experience can be safely flown and to a degree confortably by someone of my size , slingsbys are definately out , any thoughts ?
and no I cant get hold of a vulcan etc etc etc:ok:

Yak-52 or an Extra-300 would probably do the trick.

Decathlon.

Limit on fatness is when back stick hits your stomach. Seat cushions should be removable for an extra couple of inches.

My Beloved had a Pitts S1 for a while; he is 6'4" and at least as heavy as you. We had to remove the seat cushion, put a soft cover on his headset and he wore a specific pair of shoes........

I do not have the W&B to hand, but Ultimate High have - "Bulldog Aircraft Limits: Weight limit* is 17 stone. Maximum height 6ft 5" so if you either lose the extra 9 or are careful on fuel and/or who you fly with you should be OK there.:ok:

Why are Slingsbys out? Get hold of an M260 and you'll be fine, even with full fuel.

GearDownFlaps 19th Oct 2009 21:12

Thanks guys , Slingsbys are out because I , 1, cant shut the canopy , 2, Cant move the stick when im in , 3 I put the weight and balance so far out of whack its not funny.
Damn shame cos I have ready access to one of the buggers

I'm 6'1" and with Bose X or helmet on being forced up against canopy of Extra 300L under negative g, hunching a bit even during normal flight.
