Download RT Recordings?

Hi. I wondered whether there were any recordings of typical RT comms throughout a flight anywhere on the internet that anyone might be aware of?

UK ATC live links are rare. Anyone know of any more, since I no longer have a decent antenna for my scanner.

I thought that the quaint laws in UK made public listening live ATC illegal - something about 'intercepting transmissions'
