It looks like he got it just right even cranking the engine to preserve the prop and of course opening the door to avoid jamming.:ok:

He probably saved thousands of dollars by shutting down the engines just before touchdown. Well done!

When shutting down the engines do the props always position parallel to the ground or was this just luck?

I expect you can crank the prop around on the starter motor with the ignition off.
