Anyone know whats going on at Exeter tomorrow thats prompted this NOTAM?

Aus 05-12-0223/5282/AS6
temporary controlled airspace (class a) established as follows
temporary controlled CTR circle 10 nm radius centred on Exeter SFC/ FL055
1455/1555. Control authority Exeter ATC.


B2407/05 (RAC) Wednesday, 14 Dec 2005 11:00 to 12:00

I have searched the AIS site for these references but obviously looking in the wrong place.
