Two killed in Galway plane crash 19 September 2005 15:00 A light aircraft has crashed outside Galway City, killing the two men on board. It is understood the crash happened after the aircraft attempted an emergency landing at a cricket pitch near, Oranmore, shortly before 1pm this afternoon. The plane was en route from Galway Airport to Belgium. It is thought it got into trouble just after take off. Anything further? L-P |
