Is North Moreton (W of Wallingford and Benson) still active?

I live about 2 miles S, and just under long finals for a northerly landing.

I've not seen much, if any traffic yet this year?

has been quiet there recently hasn't it
the strip(and adjoining house in Nth Moreton) were sold over the winter.Although it may not be wise of me divulge the new owners details,I feel it fairly safe to say the strip could become active again at sometime in the not-too-distant.....
