And a Happy New Year.

BRL - Your message takes on a different meaning when viewed without smilies... :O Or maybe I've been at work too long today.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, everyone! And a cheery Bah Humbug to VintageATCO. ;) |
Very Merry Christmas to all of you, particularly the regular posters who have unwittingly kept me amused for large parts of my working day. (Don't tell the boss!!!!)
|
Christmas? What's that? Some of us international election observers will be spending December 25th on "familiarisation with area of responsibility" the day before the Ukraine presidential election re-run, according to my schedule which arrived a few minutes ago.
|
Thank you BRL and a Merry Christmas to all the other PPRuNeR's.
Must get you up in the aerobat one of these days BRL :p |
A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all, thank you for amusing me, informing me and exasperating me. I look forward to meeting more of us all in 2005.
Lets hope that next year brings good weather, (preferabley at weekends) and calm winds (preferabley down the runway). Thanks to BRL too, may all your lines be leafless. Oh, and a big vote of thanks to Wilbur & Orville, without whose sterling efforts 101 years ago, we wouldn't be here today. (now if every reader of this Forum posted here, we could probably out-do Tony Draper's threads) |
Yep, here's to smooth landings, cheap hangarage and low insurance. And here's to everyone in Private Flyers, may you all achieve your goals next year. I hope I will!
And a special thanks to BRL for keeping us on the rails :E :) Conf |
Happy Christmas!
Many thanks BRL,
was a pleasure to meet you at Shoreham! Happy Christmas to all in the Private Flyers forum, may the weather be a little kinder in 2005! Best wishes and happy holiday to all Ppruners, Phil |
Thanks BRL - best wishes to everyone! I have been a pruner for nearly 12 months and I look forward to meeting more of you next year!
:ok: :D |
Merry Christmas everyone.
I hope 2005 give you a log book full of flights. |
Thanks BRL, Merry Christmas to you too, and to all you other PPruners.
Happy Landings Marian :) |
Merry Christmas and here's hoping that 2005 makes every day off a clear one.
|
Happy Christmas BRL and the rest of you....
|
Hope you are all having fun wherever you are. :)
Anyone got any snow yet???? |
Yep, woke up to a stunning picture postcard Christmas view out of my bedroom window. I don't know how to post photos, but if someone can pm me and tell me how, I'll show it to you all.
Unfortunately, it put paid to my planned Christmas Day flying. :{ But I've just been out for a walk, in bright sunshine, crisp dazzling white snow, and complete silence. Well, I live at 1000 ft, so maybe I don't need to get airborne to enjoy the views and the stillness, not all the time anyway. Makes me feel good to be alive. Now, what's tomorrow's forecast I wonder.... |
We had some snow on Christmas day. Spent the morning wondering around a National Trust garden - it was beautiful. Why did I forget my camera???
|
Anyone got any snow yet???? I did get some lunch on Christmas day after all - we skived off work for a quick lunch in a cafe ... which turned out to take two hours, as that seemed to be as fast as they could manage to do the cooking. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/brettward/images/snow.jpg |
