Red Bull Air Race to stop after this season

News just out, citing (basically) a lack of interest/exposure compared to their other events.

It wasn't something that got me all excited, but perhaps others here will be sad to see it go?

Would love to hear back what people liked/didn't like about it.

It wasn't real racing - it was a sort of aerial ballet time-trial.

I've seen and enjoyed unlimited air racing and many unlimited aerobatic displays but the Red Bull Air Race concept grabs me not one bit...
