Farm strip Yeovil area

Hello,

Long shot here but does anyone have any leads/contacts to any potential farm strip hangarage in the Yeovil, Somerset area?

Thanks.

In my experience, Yeovil will allow occasional GA flights to land there but access off and back onto the site can be a bit difficult as it is through the factory. It might be easier now but the last time I went there they were building the AW101 for the US president and security was extremely tight.

Is the question asking for a strip for an occasional visit, or somewhere to be based?

It's a long time ago now but one of the Crewkerne estate agents used to keep a C182 (I think!) on a farm strip at Seavington. I think it was hangared there. I can let you know the farmer's name if required.
