LAPL H in USA

Does anyone know, if I were to fly with an instructor in the USA, could this count as my "instructor hour" to keep my license valid?
Have looked through the CAA website, but can't find anything that seems to prohibit this??

Sure. As long as it’s with an EASA FI. Atlantic helicopters or cloud9 in Florida could do it.

Ah, ok, I suppose I can see the logic of it being an EASA FI.
Thanks for the recommendations, but actually thinking of LA. I'm sure I will find a place.
Cheers!
