Sage like advice there, thank you both.
I am familiar with the bean seat you mention Backpacker, and since I have our group in a whatsapp chat together I'll ask them if they can bring one along.

I certainly didn't think of the luggage tags so cheers for that too, excellent.

I42 , that is genius , a landing buzzer :-) noted and will steal for use in future.

For flights departing an airport (tarmac) and arriving at an airfield (grass) - brief your pax.

Learned this the 'hard way', when I suddenly had a passenger asking (anxiously) "what's wrong, why aren't we landing at an airport?". :-)

My only advice on this (disabled pax) is to remember to allow enough time for boarding (on and off). My best friend is a wheelchair user and we have flown together many times over the years. But it can take 10-15 minutes to get him in and out (ever seen a false leg being removed and thrown in the back of a 172 as part of the boarding process?)

One thing I had on my passenger briefing sheet was that, at take off, the engine will make a lot of noise - and this is normal. When landing the engine will be throttled back and all will seem quiet, this again is normal and it doesn't mean that the donkey has quit.

Thanks Sam , JTN and Funfly.

I hadn't thought of that. YLSNED

We all had an excellent day on Sunday , some light rain and plenty of smiles.

The AOC school had a 182 available, wheel the pax up to the wing-strut, throw his/her legs over the strut and then lift , remove chair and then lift again to seat and rotate

It seems this was a first for many of my guests, and the reviews and comments afterwards give me an enormous sense of pride.

Thanks to all,
Fionn
