Free VOR training simulator?

These things are driving me crazy. My instructor's awesome, but is there any program online I can get for free which will help me get the edge on these things when Im not at the airport?

Fs2004 should be ok.

try da microsoft flight simulator man.
when i first read about vor when i was 14 i then practised on the ms flight sim 98...and this somehow made me understand the VOR @ 80%.the rest of 20% came from reading.just set ya frequency on da nav and practise holdings ..tracking from/to's,inbound or outbounds, wind factors, different entries etc...this should do the thing.

Thanks, RudeNot2. The sim on luizmonteiro.com is pretty cool, so is Tim's nav sim. I just wish either of the programmes would simulate the ADF dip error.
