FAA verification of foreign license

Hey all,
im going flying in the US in march and i hold a CAA/JAA PPL. im just unsure what to but in section 10 of the FAA "Verification of foreign license" form. Is it just PPL or PPL SEP? I also hold a night qualification! any help would be greatly appreciated.
