I fly regularly on weekday evenings, and weekends, from Rotterdam - aerobatics in a Robin 2160. If anyone would like to join me for a session please do let me know; contribution to costs is appreciated! One spare seat.

Weekday flying

Hi Folks

Im 11 hours in to my JARPPL at EGNC and and would love to spend some more time in the air so if anybody is in need of 12 stone of ballast / conversation / someone to carry the sandwiches then I'm your man!

I have a flexible day and a half off each week and would quite happily travel as far as EGPK / EGNT for a chance to get airborn between lessons.

Anyway thanks for reading and for all the ineresting comments on here.

P.M me if you have a spare seat!

John

Cirrus SR22 from Rochester

I am buliding some hours for FAA IR and need to do more hours whilst under the foggles and would be happy to have the right hand seat filled with an experienced IR pilot to assist with this, particually if you have good experience of the GNS 430 Garmins and Glass

Based at EGTO Rochester and pretty flexible with times.

Flying in Cumbria

I am a (fairly) new PPL with a share in a Bulldog back down south.

I am up in Cumbria until January and would be keen to get involved with anyone flying in the local area, especially anyone with ambitions to do a CPL or and Aeros Qualification.

My experience is UAS flying in Tutors followed by a PPL in Robins and more recently the Bulldog out of Kemble.

Seeking Buddy

Hi,
I part own a semi-complex single based at an airfield under the London LTMA and fly regularly; including over to France. I'm looking for a buddy to act as safety pilot to enable me to practise approaches; and for a bit of company to be honest. I've done a lot of solo flying lately and it's beginning to get a bit dry.
Although you would not be able to log any P1 time, it may serve a PPL/CPL student looking to keep their RT / nav skills sharp etc.

Please PM me if you're interested.
Cheers

Looking for a seat in Scotland

Hello there

I am a commercial pilot flying mostly in Scotland & North Sea Islands and a passionate amateur photographer. Got a FI ticket too but I couldn't manage to secure a PT job in any flying club up here since they are few and far from my base.

I am happy to join any ride and share the costs when there are opportunities of nice low level VFR and shooting the landscape.

About 1200TT, some valuable experience with major airfields up here too.

PM if u like

Happy landings

Manchester Barton

Hi All,

I've recently moved to the North West, and looking to start flying from Barton. I'm happy to jump in the RHS and help out for anyone whilst also learning a little about Barton and the local area. My MEP IR is expired, so I can't help with IMC, but my SEP is current. Overall I am very current and fly regularly, so can offer a reasonable amount of experience should it be required.

Happy to pay for landing fees and bacon butties!

Hi,

Anyone flying out of EGLM or EGTB interested in having company please PM me.

I hold CPL/IR/ME but haven't been flying for long time. Just want to get back to flying somehow.

Thanks

Why do contributors insist on using locator refrences such as EGLM or EGTB? Most pilots would not have the memory of such or the inclination to look them up. It is an entirely free choice but I would suggest you may find a number of pilots, who would otherwise show an interest, just not bothering.

Could it be that most pilots are familiar with their (relatively) local ICAO location indicators? I know which airfields are (relatively) local to me, and therefore which ones would be worth driving to; basically, if I don't recognise the ICAO indicator, I'd know it was too far to drive.

When I read this forum I'm on internet. Have you tried to put EGTB, EGLM in Google?

Suprise, the airfield name is the first thing that comes up

Well, my suspicion is that most people looking for or offering a spare seat will want to fly from their local field, so using the ICAO EGLM (WHITE WALTHAM) OR EGTB (BOOKER) should be something that an interested party who is based locally would recognise. If they don't, that would make me worry a bit....!

wsmempson, yes I can understand that but for example if I has a spare seat going somewhere and wanted company, I may well drop in to collect a willing passenger on route. I quite accept it may be just me but I would not bother to look up the ICAO code to see if it was on my route.

Shared flying / Flying Buddies / Spare seats etc...

Is there anyone in the southwest who fancys some shared flying? Or a flying buddy?

I'm currently flying PA28's out of Lyneham but I'm looking for something cheaper, perhaps a PFA machine. Id be happy to split the costs but I would like to log some hours as I'm recently qualified PPL and would like to build up some experience with similar people or more advanced pilots.

I'm close to Bristol, Henstridge, Compton Abbas, Old Sarum, etc...
but I'm willing to travel if theres anyway to get some cheap flying!

Or if anyone owns a machine on a farm strip I'd be willing to pay for the flying if theres anyway I can log the hours!

Likewise if anyone has any spare seats I'd gladly fill one just to get some air time!

I'm 19 and a PPL holder and just looking to get more flying!

Cheers.
