I don't want to be a cow anymore......

........how can I change it?

Apparently someone has "disabled the use of avatars".

I suppose it's a bit like ending up with the ugly bird at the village disco when the lights come on. You're stuck with her........and have to pretend to like her.....

Hiya mate. Tell us what you want to be and I will sort it out for you.

The use of avatars is disabled because to have one, you need to buy a personal title.

I have been thinking about that kind offer BRL and I have come up with the following wish list....

1. Something resembling my fave a/c.....(no prizes for guessing what that is)

OR

2. A black spitfire in case that bloody pink one comes back and needs shooting down

OR

3. Camerion Diaz in a mud wrestling competition although I fear the sheer size of the avatur might make it loose some of its quality and resolution.

Thanks for the offer!!!

Me thinks those might bring on a few sad memories BRL - as far as I know she is no more (the plane, not Pinkster that is!)

Mind you the second one is set as my background wallpaper - how sad

Hey, I didn't know we could get little pictures - avaturs or whatever their fancy name is! Can I have a red helicopter? Pleeeesssse. An MD 500 or a Gazelle would be nice, but an R22 would do.

avatur, that sounds like a cross between jet fuel and a pilot.

Ok all, If you send me your picture I will resize it and host it and get it up for you. If you want one and don't have a personal title, then you will have to buy one. Send us your pictures and I will see what I can do.

(Also copying this to the computers forum, I know when I have been told..!!!!)

Here is the 1st one resized to 60x45. I think the limit for avatars here is 60x60.

Sort of doesn't look right does it.

I don't think you should change it, its you.

It reminds me of the line in 5th element when Zorg is talking to the Mangalore leader 'Don't try to change your looks, you should be proud of who you are.'

skydriller,

A Bell 47 is a brilliant idea! I flew one for the first time recently, and I have a photo of it. BRL, if you pm me your email address, I can email you the photo; don't know how to pm it or send it any other way. And many thanks; I'd just love to have that; it was a great little helicopter with tons of character...even though it was hard to fly...and even though it isn't red.

Hiya. Here it is.... [email protected] I can resize it for you, if you look back on the thread, you can see roughly how big the image will be.(bottom of page 1)

Hi Skydriller. Have a look at the main picture on the link that you supplied. Right click on it and save the image address. Then, make a new post, click on IMG and paste the URL you have just saved from the picture on the main page, into the box that comes up and post your post as normal. The copied address for that picture is this;
http://www.newwhirlybirds.com/bell%2047g2.jpg
This is what should be in the IMG box. You should then see the picture in your post........
