Site keeps crashing two PC's two locations

Happening every now and then with me too... first noticed around 6am BST...

Thought it had gone away, but it just happened to me again.

Message sent and acknowledged by our IB rep: but now it has to join the queue for IB Tech to action.

As mentioned by Senior, I have sent this off to our tech team. Waiting to hear back from them. Thankfully the information provided in the original post should be more than enough for them to begin working on a fix.

Quick update. Still waiting on our Tech team. Had a meeting with them last week on Friday and was told they are buried at the moment. Thankfully we did just hire another so hoping to hear more soon as they get up to speed.
