I know i am stupid but how can you change the password from the one prune sent me?

Not stupid, just haven't done it before.
Near the top left of a forum page (when you're signed in) look for "user CP" (control panel). Click it.
From there, click "Edit your details", then "edit email and password".
Enter old password, fill out the fields, select.
