Rumours and News Private
 

Rumours and News has been set to Private for me.

Interesting enough when I visit the site via Private/Incognito browsing it is not private.

Why?

I'm in the same boat but I know why - published the same post on several threads (my excuse was it was unclear which one was the proper thread...but that was a clear breach of the rules which I accept)

I don't think the Mods generally give out reasons for locking people out - occasionally I've seen them post an explanation but not often.

partly because its such a big site pretty much modded by volunteers and partly they don't want to get into an argument 'cos they ain't going to change their minds

It would be nice if there was some sort of review system tho' so you could get your privileges back after a while on the bench
