They should just get Leonardo to make their gearboxes for them. They wouldn't be so tall (look how high that thing is!) and they'd come out of the blocks with a 5000 hr life and PROVEN 30 minute run...

No need for FLM’s. At least give out the 3-4 critical performance charts like HOGE, HIGE, Cruise and fuel flow. They did that on the H145 no problem. A “secret” in the charts usually means cr*p.
