We can't see the general terrain that CL 415 was operating in but in the absence of high terrain immediately before the drop area, there seems to be a lot of unnecessary, tight manoeuvring going on....

Pretty sure it wasn't power loss, as you can see in the circle round aerial footage what looks like jetblast damage at high power leading up to the crash site, that is two lines of cut down scrub...
