Praise for BA 747 Captain
 

on a flight from Heathrow to Miami a BA 747 Air conditioner packed up leading to an hour delay to board the aircraft.

shortly after boarding more problems were encountered and the aircrafts airconditioning stoped once more.

with cabin tempreture rising and frustrated passengers cursing cabin crew you did begin to wonder if the flight would ever leave.

the Captain made a personl appreance to each and every section of the aircraft and was given several rounds of applause for his action's

it was nice to see this happen as most people would just continue to make annoucements over the PA, but not this chap he has a lot of guts and is obviously experinced in public speaking.

well done that man, but delay in excess of 3 hours!:eek:
