Qatar LHR to CMB
 

Hi all

Have booked up to fly the above route return with Qatar via DOH.

Anyone have any suggestions / comments re the airline or the airport?

Airline is fine, airport is boring & not enough bogs or refreshment options. Gets a bit rammed at the transit / security if a a few flights arrive at the same time.

The toilets are disgusting ! You're best using the one on the a/c ! No wash-hand basins either, although loads of feet-wash basins !

That puts me in mind of a certain faux pas I made in Malaysia once, involving me mistaking one of those for a urinal :ouch:

I was being a bit tongue-in-cheek !

The natives were using wash-hand basins to clean their feet !

Very off-putting !
