I like the fact that the Judge could order restitution to the people inconvenienced like this. What a wonderful system! Why was it so little? There should be a decent figure which, until paid, the culprit remained incarcerated. In Europe, such compensation would be laughed out of Court- it would be up to individual passengers to sue, and it would not be viable. This is a way of making the cost of lawbreaking so excruciating that idiots would think twice. I like it!

As the instigator, you would anticipate that the lady would get a greater sentence both in terms of imprisonment and by way of financial penalty. It is almost a certainty that she will get a lesser penalty proving once again that most of life isn't a level playing field so far as the male side is concerned.

Im guessing were talking at LEAST 300 passengers affected by this...$100 X 300....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
