BMI delay policy LHR AMS
What is the standard policy from BMI and others regarding weather delays?
I was booked on the 18/11/02 12:50 LHR to AMS, I arrived at 9:50 and checked in and was asked to present my hold luggage after 10:50. I presented my hold luggae at 11:00 and was told the flight was cancled. I then had to join the back of a 2hr long queue, and was rebooked on the 18:15 flight. Missing out atleast one other, at about 14:00, with 50 seats spare Is this normal and how are delays handeled by other carriers? I was annoyed because I was peniaised for checking in so early Thanks |
