Airline ADR schemes
 

Do airline ADR schemes work ? Do they have clout, and can they get (real) wrongs righted for passengers, or are they just talking shops which airlines can ignore when it involves an airline paying money ? I'm aware that some claims by passengers are spurious because of a real reason beyond an airline's capacity to control or even predict.... but there are also some airlines which regularly seem to abuse consumer rights
I read a report on which.co.uk that was rather hostile to ADR schemes... I'm interested to hear what those with a high level of knowledged of commercial airlines think
