Royal Jordanian Proof of cancelled flight
 

Hi.
a client of mine (I own an airport taxi co based in Loughborough) had his return flights cancelled with Royal Jordanian on 2.4.20
RJ112 LHR to Amman
RJ800 Amman to Sulaymaniyah

His bank are trying to settle to pay him his ticket back but the agent he booked the tickets through are making him jump through hoops.
His bank have now said to him they need proof the flights were cancelled. Can we obtain that information from anywhere.? Hes messaged RJ but no success.

He didn't receive a text message or email telling him the flights were cancelled? How did he learn of the cancellation?

That would be because it didn't operate ...

You might need to open an account with FR24 - probably worth it, depending on the amount of your claim.

Apparently not as his agent dealt with the booking.
His bank are trying to do a charge back and the agent are standing in his way.

The TA should be providing all the details - if this is a section 75 claim then they will not get the bill - The Bank pays out.

The information on that site is nonsense. RJ112 didn't operate on a single occasion in April.

Thanks, in which case the OP should have no issue with his CC Bank to ascertain that the flights did not go.
It would be worth trying to contact RJ in the UK and by direct messaging their social media outlets to confirm that too...
