REALtonga - should I use them?

Looking at a holiday travelling from Fiji to Tonga to Samoa and back to Fiji.
REALtonga seems to have a flight between Tongatapu to Apia, once a week at an unearthly time.
Looking on line at reviews, they seem to be very mixed.
Just wondering at what advice I can get from you professionals as to whether the Airline is safe or not; reliable or not.
Should I consider using Fiji Airways to get to Apia from Tonga via Nadi?

The reviews kinda say it all - Very unreliable https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Airlin...Ltonga#REVIEWS

and one from the Airline's Facebook -
Trust all the reviews and comments!
This airline cares nothing about the schedule, the departure times and most definitely you!! Problems with refunds, change notifications, delays and missed connections...all this from one flight.
Heading to a casino would be less of a gamble and you might find staff there that could actually help you. Thanks Real Tonga for being the worst part of our vacation.

Ooops...

Exactly or almost exactly what I read on line.
I think better to be sure than sorry and travel on Fiji Airlines via Nadi and spend the extra night there.
Sad for the people working for REALtonga airlines if the on-line tales are true.

I would strongly suggest allowing a lot of slack time for anything regarding travel through Tonga.

The whole place works, sort of, but you can't expect anything like the service or reliability levels you'd get in a bigger country.
