Jet Blue to London in 2021

Could be interesting?

No specifics like which London airport and suggestions that their "Mint" premium product will be different to domestic US. Using A321LRs.

Some suggestion that they are eyeing the Flybe remedy slots (good luck).

STN, LTN are certainly underserved. The history of carriers on the route is a sorry one, but Emirates seems to make serving secondary airports work in the eastbound direction. Also B6 are properly capitalised and have a good onward network.

A few years ago I saved 40% by flying to NYC via AMS, no direct fares below £700 so despite all the airlines flying so maybe there is a gap in the market.

The remedy slots used by Flybe are specifically linked to destinations served by both BA and BMI at the time that BA acquired them. There were no US destinations in this list.

If JetBlue want to fly to LHR (or probably LGW too) then they'll need to open the cheque book and pay for it like anyone else. I see no reason for them to get preferential access to slots when these would not be afforded to any other operator wanting to access the same routes.
