Turkish airlines service failure
 

Unusual story but I am not surprised at the deeply unhelpful nature of Turkish Airlines 'customer service'. I have only travelled with them once but when things went wrong, their staff at Istanbul were consistently unhelpful, not just one but every person I was sent to.
