Industrial Design Students in need of your help!

Hello! We are undergraduate students studying at Savannah College of Art and Design. Our team is researching the experience disabled passengers have at airports. Based on our research so far we have come up with a few questions to help us better understand your experiences. It is a class project for SCAD and we are in Europe as a study abroad experience with the school. The information we are gathering is for a project to improve services for disabled passengers in airports. The class project is collaborating with a potential business start up aiming to provide this service in airports, and our class project involes producing a service innovation proposal for them.
