Jet2 seat plan

Hi , I hope I have posted in the right area to start with , I just wanted to ask a question about seating on jet2 757. Booked to go to Tenerife in September, and have the choice of row 9 or 15/16 , now on the jet2 website seat plans 15/16 look to be in front of the wings, but on seatplans website its showing as over wing, Just wondering if anyone can shed some light for me.
Thanks in advance

Google for seatguru.com

AO, he did mention a conflict between the airline's site and 'seatplans websites'. I think we need someone who is with J2, or has recently flown with them, to resolve the conflict.

The seatplans show row 12 as the exit row for the second doors. Look at photos of the 757 on any of the photo websites and see where the engines are in relation to the doors.

I reckon row 15 is roughly beside the engine. Personally I'd choose row 9 for a better view, ymmv

Tried seat guru and Jet2 doesn't come up. i would ask on the Main Jet2 thread , but likely to get an ear bashing off regulars. . Oh what the hell... If google give conflicting answers.... thanks for the help and quick replies.

take-off, There are at least two more websites that might have the seat plans you are looking for. I would very much hope that no 'regular' gives you an ear bashing for asking the kind of question these forums are for. Whilst that particular forum is not my responsibility, I'll read it for the next few days.

ist question is, are you sure it's a 757? I assume you have deduced this from the number of seat rows???

I don't fly the 757, but have travelled on them regularly. From memory row 15/16 is in front of the wing, you'll probably be looking out on the engine. Row 9 is in the forward cabin area, it's always chilly in that cabin area:{
