Airbus A319 wing thingies

I flew on an A319 recently and was sitting over the wings which had three things that look like floats (sponsons?). On the back of each there's what looks like a small antenna. Can anyone tell me what they're for please? Sorry I don't know the right names for things

They are aerodynamic fairings to cover the flap tracks to reduce drag. The "antennae" are static wicks to help control the discharge of static electricity.
