Lost Bag Thai Air

Hi folks

Did fly from Manila-Copenhagen via Bankok and ofcrs lost a checked-in bag full with Xmas presents.:ugh:

Anyone know what rules Thai Air have to follow regards to compensate for lost luggage? EU?
