Best Economy Seats

I am travelling in economy on a 12 hr flight next week and I will be looking for a seat with some extra legroom when I check in.
The aircraft is an A340-300
I realise cabin configurations vary amongst the airlines according to the route.

Any ideas or experiences would be appreciated.:ok:

I would have thought it sensible to name the airline and route you are flying on!
