Border Force are against letting anyone in - they never open enough gates, they're never there when they're needed and they're incapable of using CCTV to figure out which aircraft asylum seekers walked off 20 minutes ago

Border Force are run by the government. Whilst the Force might reccomend staffing levels and procedures - it is the govt who tell them what to do and how much money they can have to do it. Some might suggest that the govt need scrapping and replacing ...
